PHP Text Reformatting

Hi,
I have been recently using OSTicket to manage the emails that we get sent through online. The problem I have had is I can't get OSTicket to display HTML and their forums are pretty much dead so support from there is out of the question.
We actually get emails sent from another system that are always in the same format sent in a table. When OSTicket finishes doing its thing it ends up as:
What Id like to do is build a script to basically reformat that information pulled from the database so it displays as:
Is there any fesible way of doing this to basically trim the spaces between each category?
Thanks

If you say that their support is virtually dead, I don't think it would be a great option for you to stick with them. An immensely popular (therefore well supported by the community) script for doing this and other tasks for webhosts is called WHMCS.

It's not entirely web hosting we are using this solution for, I have used whmcs before and found it great but I really need OSticket for this.
If I could work out how to get php to strip spaces I'd be happy.

Paste the PHP code of the page that displays this
Edit: or show me which image it is on http://osticket.com/tour/

It's on the view ticket page. The email gets piped in and stripped of all html by the looks of things.
So its the initial ticket (as seen in blue on the view ticket image) that is causing the issue.
