cannot send emails

Emails are not being sent from my Server,php n SMTP both , I have checked my IP's are not is spam list, I'm unble to find out the reason , could anyone help me out please?

If you have PHP using your SMTP server, which I would recommend, then check the logs on the SMTP server.

cpanel ?? ..nobody mails disabled ??

Yes its cPanel , nobody mails are enabled

Did u try a sample mail script using php ? . I would suggest trying it first before confirming that this is a server problem.
Once done, make sure you tail /var/log/exim_mainlog

Sandy, where did he say that he was using exim?
These errors seem to be from two different sites. Which one is having a problem with the email script?

Bitserve...its there and i believe cpanel has not changed their default mail server

Remove open_basedir protection for thisisju and have a try.
