Selling source code

| I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this but I don't know where else to ask it.
I have worked on a script for about 6-8 months together with two other persons (one developer, one designer). We created a pretty unique CMS system.
However due to disagreements we decided to stop the development and stop the application. We're thinking of selling the source code as it cost us a lot of development time.
The question is where can you sell the source code of a PHP application?

| I highly doubt anyone would buy something like this with seeing the rising number of both commercial and open source solutions (unless of course you have to offer something completely unique). your best bet if you don't want it to fall into oblivion is to publish it as opensource. if it's any good, people may pick it up from where you left it

| A live demo would help, and this is the wrong forum. You'd need to post this in the software and scripts for sale forum. (If you intend on selling/advertising it.)
