I'm currently using Aptana but I hate the fact that it lacks a WYSIWYG editor a la dreamweaver. While Aptana gets the job done, I'm wondering if there's any other worthy alternative with a WYSIWYG editor that can truly replace dreamweaver.
Already tried kompozer btw its horrible!

While I think WYSIWYG and PHP is an odd combination, you could have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compari...vironments#PHP

I mean a code + design view.

I know what WYSIWYG stands for, but PHP has nothing to do with design, markup or layout.

What are you looking for? Somebody to hire or somebody that knows what editor to use?

i hear eclipse has a very nice php Editor
You shouldn't rely on an environment though
as a developer i have found workflow is better with live debugging through the server it's self and not on a WYSIWYG type workspace

PHP, or PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development, to produce dynamic web pages. PHP is the widely-used, free, and efficient alternative to competitors such as Microsoft's ASP. All types of open source PHP code and applications are available on Open Source Scripts.
