I'm using Fasthosts, but I want better customer service

Hello people. I'm using Fasthosts to host multiple domains. No real problem with its performance - big problems with their customer service. Any suggestion for a reliable, quality alternative providing virtual hosting on NT and quality customer service. -Alec

There are alot of good companies out there, it's just that the bad outweighs the good Wander around this board, and you'll find comments on numerous reseller hosts, and then you can make an informed decision. Good luck.

If you are looking for reliability & good customer Support you could try handyhosting for win2k hosting for Linux i would suggest MCHOST . Sitebysize has been also good for win2k choice untill now till they had some major problems with their providers...you can have a look over them too

My recommendation for Windows reselling would CrystalTech. Never resold for them but had a dedicated box with them some years ago. Somewhat pricey but great support and reliable.
