| i have web hosting company.. and my client say.. " why can't access from several ISP.. please need advise for me..

Their IP might be blocked in your server.

| Yes, their IP must have been blocked in your servers firewall. You can remove it from the deny list and ask them to check.
Else you can ask for traceroute and see where the problem is.

| If you're seriously asking that question then you should not be running a "hosting company".
To determine the issue, talk to your reseller (or host/datacenter) and ask for support.

| Their IP address would be blocked in the server firewall if the server is running a firewall.
If you're not running a firewall software then ask the customer to run a traceroute/tracert from their computer to the server IP address.
