Hi i was wondering if anyone got caught out with the comistic takeover by Jaguar Designs? If anyone is considering going with Jaguar Designs as a reseller, dont expect any support whatsoever... you may as well throw your money down the dunny! I have been emailing them for the past 3 months telling them that i cant get into my Reseller console with no response... Nice one hey!

Three months? I sympathize, but I think if that were the case, I would've cancelled my account long before reaching the three month anniversary. What's the url of the host you're referring to. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the name.

I paid for one year in advance thats why i didnt push any point about money back, i thought they would probably just kick me off. i paid for unlimited accounts, unlimited HDD space etc for one year. Now i have ended up with 50 accounts, 5gig hdd space and no support whatsoever. An unusable, useless account. Anyways jaguar designs arnt even advertising that they have this service available ... any wonder i guess, there website is www.jaguardesigns.com take a look and see how long it takes for the Admin Console to come up... and after that well forget about administering any accounts https://64.106.136.100:19638/webhost/reseller Btw if the link doesnt work its not because i put it in wrong... thats the continous downtimes they have. Anyways i just had enough Thought i should warn anyone else who was considering them as an option to reconsider and save themselves the headache, not to mention a heap of angry customers Last edited by gargoylewiz; 12-10-2002 at 06:13 AM.

Ahh, I see. Well that makes more sense then. Don't want to rain on your parade here or make a bad situation worse but this is exactly why you should never go with a plan offering unlimited anything. It doesn't exist and therefore, it impossible for the host to support. Is there any sort of moneyback guarantee associated with the plan you purchased?

I am in the same boat here, I prepaid through Comistic for 1 year unlimited. When Comistic went under James took over the Window accounts as I was informed. At that time they became a bit more structured ie. 50 domains, 5 gigs, I guess this was done so they could survive. To be honest I have had few problems although it is a bit strange the Jaguardesigns does not yet have a site for its resellers showing any kind of terms or conditions or for that matter any indication that it exists. Some times access to the Admin console has been slow and every so often the Email server freaks out. When this happens I just send an email to tech support and it silently gets fixed, but I never get a reply as to why. My question now is what is their future, I am getting close to the end of my term and have no clue about renewal terms

Umm... are you sure it's "Jaguar Designs" and not JaguarPC? - http://www.jaguarpc.com

No, we are not affiliated to Jaguar Designs.

I second that
