How to do mod_rewrite from web root to subfolder?

Hello, Can anyone help me figure out an .htaccess rewrite rule? I am trying to rewrite everything in the web root folder to use a /blog/ folder. So for example, if someone goes to "http://domain.com/index.php", then I need it to actually serve the file from http://www.domain.com/blog/index.php. (But not a redirect.. ideally the browser should still show "http://domain.com/index.php". Is this possible? Thanks!
