Posted by insaneraptor, 12-26-2002, 10:24 AM when starting, it really helps to get the feel of things. I recomend hosting your friends first so if you mess up or soemthing there is no lawsuit. Do research and try to be very helpful to your customers GOOD LUCK

Technical support lacking or no response for couple of days. Getting the right host is exremely difficult. Finally, we got the right quality provider. Not only providing us with basic hosting, they provide us with many guidances, such as marketing technique, technical support, scripts resources, clients management, etc...our success attributed to them. Now that we are stable with happy clients. Able to response to our clients within minutes and moving to our own dedicated server. After changing few host, you will know what is know as best! All these gain through experience.
