Does anyone have experience, information or feedback on INTERSERVERS.COM? They offer some every interesting plans for resellers and I'm seriously thinking of moving to them.

Signed up with Interservers on the 12th of this month. As of today I'm still unable to access secure web manager. Multiple emails (no reply), phone calls and tickets (no reply) to no avail. Fired them today. Started search all over again. I think it's just as well. I'm learning of some providers on this forum I hadn't heard of before.

UPDATE: I have learned that SSL through WHM is a universal problem; users just click through and feel secure? Oh well, I guess the point is I learned this from another hosting provider not the one I was paying. Ironically, Interservers support was very helpful with letting me go. I guess they fired me Huh?

I have done business with Interserver's and they have a very good operation going on, however lately with most CPanel servers there have been problems with the auto updates causing trouble in MySQL. So that could of been the problem if they had a support system that relied on it since it was just upgraded to 4.x. That just seems odd to come from such an organized hosting company that was always on its feet for me and my clients.

Do not let one persons opinion be the desiding factor, just my opinion.

The host has come up a few times here before. If you haven't tried the search feature yet, look here.

If you go through those posts on the search you will notice most are defending interservers and not bashing them. I know the Owner of the group and he has done alot to get where he is. So I'd take that into consideration also.
