Apache High Load

Hi guys Need some help on this on before my manager kills me Firstly I switched from Litespeed to Apache on one of our servers that hosts around 500 sites. For some reason everything is the same besides apache being used now which I really want to get going as I want to use Atomic rules again. When I start anything on it start cxswatch or run any scan on the /home directory of cpanel it seems to climb to over top - 08:07:28 up 1 day, 14:05, 3 users, load average: 121.86, 55.59, 22.51 The only difference I see is the the Ultra VPS licence of Litespeed manages it differently. Could it be my apache settings on mpm worker for 500 sites? Current settings are this: # These can be set in WHM under 'Apache Global Configuration' Timeout 300 TraceEnable Off ServerSignature Off ServerTokens ProductOnly FileETag None StartServers 15 MinSpareServers 15 MaxSpareServers 30 ServerLimit 256 MaxRequestWorkers 250 MaxConnectionsPerChild 10000 KeepAlive On KeepAliveTimeout 2 MaxKeepAliveRequests 100 Any recommendations. This is something I never get right Its definitely not hardware as we can run 1000s of sites on here actually as it used very beefy hardware and the %wa is always under 1. Just CPU seems to be an issue? so I'm thinking is misconfiguration of apache settings.
