| I am having difficulty getting refund. Anyone who had the same problem with this company? I cancelled my membership within a week of joining and it is more than two months now and no refund. I sent several e-mails but no effect.

I think you should post this topic in reseller forum because Voxtreme is reseller hosting service.

| Voxtreme is a reseller provider - so we can move it there and leave a link back
I know matt from voxtreme is a member here but I can't remember his membername for the life of me
You can try to PM him once someone posts his membername - after that you can contact 2CO (as far as I remember 2checkout.com still processed Voxtreme orders? or does anyone else have an update?)

| Have you sent in a helpdesk ticket? If not please do so or contact me personally. All requests sent in to the helpdesk get dealt with though.
