How do I import mailing list from mailman to phpmail?

Is there an easy way to import a list of 800 emails from mailman to phplist? Last resort is to type in all 800 emails ..... any help is appreciated!

Get the full mailman list Take that list, and get it into a format that PHPlist accepts (hint: export a current phplist and use that format). Import...
