Reddrake - Great service!

We opened up a reseller account with Reddrake in December and so far it has been fantastic. We've had no problem and Brian has been available almost any time I needed him via AIM. I even remember chatting with him on Christmas Day and on New Year's Eve about 1 1/2 hours before midnight! That's customer support there! We've had no downtime and like it so much we opened a second reseller account there earlier this month. I've had many hosts in the past and because of Brian and Reddrake I felt like I should write my first web host review. Edited to add signature.. Last edited by tmc2003; 01-10-2004 at 12:43 AM.

I had a bad expirience with them. Network is great, support was great, and everything was good. But, I asked them to change my main domain. But, they deleted the domain and my forum that was up for sale for $150+ and then my account was down and they said I deleted the account. Anyways good network, not professional support. He was not very professional in support and he was pointing the finger instead of helping me. And on top of this he said I had to write another ticket to get it fixed. Personally, when someone sends me a ticket I help them there and then.

Actually this should not be sent here. We have the email from WHM of you deleting your reseller account. We offered to fix it for you.

Live support is usually on from 9AM-10 PM CNT. Depends who is around.
