Dedicated server , cloud server. pl guide confused, shifted 3 host in last 12 month

Hello,
Here is a brief, i am looking for a dedicated or cloud server with utmost reliability, fast loading, almost zero downtime for one of a joomla based site having around 700,000 users a month - in which 95% of the traffic is from India (Asia)
My existing site usage
> 2Gb ram as per data
> hdd space of 40GB
> apache
> joomla
The history
- was on rackspace cloud site for 4 years, only issue was of costing of 150$ pm, one component of site had issues with rackspace (however with cache disabled it was working fine) and slight higher loading time
- moved to wiredtree hybrid server 109$ - it worked well for first 8 to 9 months with slight better loading time then started facing issue of slow disk input-output - tried many tickets - but when solution was not obtained well - moved to siteground in singapore
- Siteground, 115$ (4 core, 5 GB ram, 40 GB HDD) - though loading is very fast, but site occassionally is giving 502 bad gateway error on nginx and inspite of repeated tickets - unable to solve it. Its just 2 months - they have also debited in my money for the month - around a week back and even if i leave - i think that will not get refund, real bad
Now am clueless on what to go for
Have explored some options
- Hostdime India Entry dedicated server - its costing me huge including taxes around 240$pm (Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 3.3Ghz w/HT, with raid 1, ssd, 8gb ram etc, 120gb ssd)
- Wiredtree Entry dedicated server - costing me 215$ pm (Intel Xeon E3-1230v5, 16gb ram, ssd hdd with raid 1)
- Move back to rackspace for relaibility
- or any other server
i look for fully managed server with utmost reliability and performance, loading time, almost 100% uptime, quick support
pl guide for the best

How about a Rackspace Cloud Site reseller to get your costs lower?

My Compute cycle usage was around 10000 (i.e maximum cc allowed in cloud site in a month) in rackspace - so going with reseller would even be costing higher

Just to clear something up for people, are you wanting the dedicated or cloud server in India? Or are you considering other locations? Any preferred location?
Thanks

If you are not consedering location of server. Then go with VPSDIME 7$ 6GB Ram 30GB HDD and uptime is also good
You can find their reviews on other forums too

I am open for all location - but would anyday prefer in low latency - if can get server in india or asia
Also - digital ocean has got very good reviews and its affordable, but its unmanaged
may suggest if there is anyone known offering managed digital ocean services (except serverpilot & ********* - they are not good)

Well, if you can't find a good India-based service, you can always use an CDN that has POP in the same country. Do you really need to use 3 or 4 CPU cores? It looks like you need more CPU than RAM, is that correct?

With a shared environment, your speeds won't be constant. With a dedicated server, the management will be far more expensive.
