core 2 quad and windows VPS ....!!!

hello this is my dedicate server info: Core 2 Quad Q9550 Quad Core 2.83GHz 133 FSB 12MB L2 cache (11320MHz) i want to creat my windows vps on it so i ahev install free version of VMWare ESXi 4 and i have some problem. but i see my server summery and then i finde that VMWare ESXi 4 use 600 meg RAM its prety more that vmware2.2 which of them is better ? Xen VMWare ESXi 4 vmware 2.2
