MRTG problem monitoring eth0:0

Hello I always use mrtg to monitor eth0 interface and mrtg is working fine monitoring that interface, however, now i need to monitor bandwidth on eth0:0, so changed mrtg config file as this: But while starting the daemon, i get this error: Im using CentOS 5.4 plain server. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks.

You can't track eth0:0 as it is a "virtual" interface of eth0 If you do a "ifconfig", you can see that eth0:0 does not have "RX bytes" and "TX bytes" Hope this helps
