6 Month Review - RSHosting.com

Ill try to keep this short
I have been with RSHosting.com for about six months now, and only one word describes them. Amazing. I truly can not put into words how well they have treated me. As I first started my company, I was learning as I went along. Their support staff answered each question and ticket I had promptly and sufficiently, within 10-15 minutes of it being asked. Within a week of being with them I started to consider myself part of the family, not just a customer. Also believe me when I tell you, I still feel like this to this day. Going with RSHosting six months ago, was definitely not a mistake.
No matter what problem Im having, Joe and Mark especially, are there to help me along with it. I have yet to confront a problem that they are not able to fix, and I do not think I ever will. With barely any downtime and one-week notifications before anything happens what so ever, I am able to keep my customers updated and running. I would not be where I am today without the guidance, and services of RSHosting.
With all of that said, I would like to thank Joe and Mark especially for all of their hard work . Thank you guys.

It's always good to hear 6 month positive reviews rather than the usual "I signed up with this host a week ago and they are ________ "

Hi refreshnet - sounds like a great review ! glad to hear you have found a provider you're happy with. Thanks for taking the time to come back and report a "good" story - most people seem to only come back here when they have problems...
I think both types of reviews are important. The short term ones yield important "first impression" information and the longer term ones speak for long lasting stability. Ultimately, I think both are important.
Ironically, most customers who are satisfied will not come back here and post results - we usually only hear the gore So, a company with -
"I signed up with this host a week ago and they are ________"
types of reviews and no negative reviews is probably a safe bet.

I'll give my 2 cents worth...
RSHosting have been brilliant to me, I run a small hosting website with my reseller account, and basically they've been fantastic.
My support tickets (and yes, there are alot!)...are always answered satisfyingly quick! It's just great...
I have no complaints as of yet, and am thoroughly satisfied with my hosting, which makes my customers happy too!

No problems here either... no downtime and good speed.
That's very good: but it does mean I can't comment on their support... because we haven't needed any yet!
