| This announcement came out after the "scheduled" update.
We received no notification of any scheduled updates at all.
We called the datacentre to see what the problem was and were told our servers were working fine.
We then stated that our servers, and the webreseller.net site, were inaccessible from Miami, London or Brisbane (websitepulse to the rescue) and were then told they would be back up in a few minutes.
Communication needs to improve.
A rather disgruntled long term webreseller customer.
