| Before you got your first customer....
How much did you start with and what did you do when you start?
How much were your services?
How much were you paying for reseller hosting?
Did you advertise your services and if you did, how did you and how much did you pay?
How long was it before you got your first customer?
Did many more customers come along with that first customer?
How many hours did you say you worked a week on support?
I have a lot of questions because I am just starting, if you answer any it could help me get an idea of how to go about right now because I am going around in circles as to advertising and stuff and how to get my name out and how to keep it out. These are just the main questions that I notice are needed.
If you answer any, that'd be of great help . Im about 3 weeks into my business and I have just opened about a week ago. Ive been trying to advertise heavily for free and submitting everyday, Im also trying to learn SEO so I can get my site up to tee. I just feel I need some tips or I might put my self on the wrong track.

| Hello,
It took us about one hour after public launch before we had our first customer. We had quite a bit of advertising ready to go though.

| I got my first customer about a week after launching. Growth after that was slow though....averaging about 1 new customer per week. I didnt mind that though as it gave me a chance to slowly adjust.
As for support, I spend a total of about 3 hours per day responding to support queries...sometimes more, sometimes less.

How much were your services? (costs reflected in two ways... 1. My reseller account expenses and two the market.
How much were you paying for reseller hosting? (It all depends on the service of the provider)
Did you advertise your services and if you did, how did you and how much did you pay? (I advertised in forums such as this. It didnt cost me a penny. The best word of mouth is threw your signature )
How long was it before you got your first customer? (It took me a few weeks because not everything was perfect)
Did many more customers come along with that first customer? (I noticed a trend however it eventually slowed down.)
How many hours did you say you worked a week on support? (Close to 24/7 )
