Problems with Outlook

Hello, I have a problem with hotmail, and not receiving my emails, neither reach the spam inbox. Logs says, that mails have been delivered and not returned failure, Ip is clean, and configured correctly. I have contacted hotmail, and tell me Errors are unlikely. Have some SMTP server that sends emails only to hotmail? that is, that only an external service hotmail use? Regards
