What's happening with exovian

| Hi Does anyone know what's happening with exovian. I have a few sites there and though they are not down, i never receive any replies to any support tickets that i raise. I've had an extremely bad experience with DDI and am biting my nails away hoping that the same does not happen with Exovian. SOMEONE REASSURE ME!

| There is a thread about Exovian problems.
I read it two days ago, and this morning I contacted Ben.
He has just answered me!!!!
I think that even if he doesn't answer the support tickets, they read them and they repair eventual problem.

| Well, I guess going from a host that ignores you completely to host that takes 24+ hours to respond is definitely an improvement.

| well in my experience they don't respond and they don't repair the problem either. I've been having a simple problem. Unable to send email from outlook cos the smtp server keeps rejecting the emails even though all authetication is ok. The problem was never responded to or resolved. I keep having bad experience after bad experience with windows hosting resellers. Anyway i'm with hostnexus now and the general consensus is that they are good, only time will tell.

| Um, do a search for 'Exovian' here on WHT and you will see the complete and utter disaster that they are. They're just another DDI.
