Am I currently using prefork or worker?
Posted by chasebug, 09-14-2010, 07:11 PM |
I don't see worker.c when I run that command. I have switched to using worker, when I start Apache, it says:
So worker.c is not compiled with Apache but looking at the message above, is it using worker or prefork? If worker.c is not compiled, does it still run in prefork mode even if I set it to run as worker?

Re-check the apache configuration file to make sure, MaxClients hasn't been specified twice.

MaxClients is specified once in if.prefork and once in if.worker. Still getting that error.
