New IP set on CENTOS/CPANEL

Hello, I've got two new additional IPs from the datacenter for nameservers for the first time. They assigned it to my dedicated server. I added them to whm by "New IP" function. Then I added the account for reseller and assigned NS to the reseller and added an entery for each two NS. Then I restarted httpd and stopped the iptables service. And tried to restart the networl adapters but it failed and I restarted whole the system. After restarting Now in ifconfig I have the IPs set to eth7 and eth8 , in iptables -L I have the same rules as other working IPs . Also I can ping the ips but the problem is when I enter the IP address in the browser the firefox says " Unable to connect", like firewall does not allows connect. What can be the problem ? Thanks

Are you able to ping or traceroute the IP from outside. Switch of firewall and try again?

Since the IPs are up on the server and as you are able to ping the IPs, the connectivity is there. The issue seems to be in resolution. For using the IPs for name servers, you need to assign it for the name servers from WHM --> Server Configuration --> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup.

I have running sites with eight other ips on this server. Should I add every two new NS to default NSs of the server ? When I try to access the ip from host-tracker this error comes from every side : Http error:Unix.Unix_error(_, "check_connect", "xx.xx.xx.44:80:Connection refused")

Also stopping the firewall has not effect.

On a cPanel/WHM server, the IPs which you are willing to assign specifically for name servers, it has to added as name server IPs. From the error pasted, the connection to the IP via port 80 is blocked. Are you able to telnet to the IP using port 25 ? Make sure there are no IPTABLE rules related with the IP, blocking traffic via port 80. In the apache configuration file the entry below is there ? Listen 0.0.0.0:80

The problem solved by adding "Listen 0.0.0.0:80" to httpd.conf with restarting httpd service. Thank you very much.
