Is Tuvix Hosting out of business ?

Posted by MrNir, 06-23-2016, 02:39 AM
Hello, Form this morning my servers are down and there website is down. No response in Skype. 1 week ago i got this email from them (15/06/16): Are they dead? I lost my money and data?

As per the email they have sent .. it does not looks like they are out of business. They have asked their customer to co-operate so that they can overcome the issues they have at the moment. I think you should wait for their next updates.

Their DNS is not resolving for tuvixhosting.eu Not a great sign.

Nothing beyond May 17th on their Twitter or Facebook pages and the site is down here as well.

I heard from a good source they cancelled most servers or stopped paying. So it looks like they went out of business.

Demm! I just pay them 100$ 24H before they crash.

Any proof on this?

I could show you, as we have good contact with 1 of their suppliers. But I rather not violate its privacy. I think with their site being offline you can already draw enough conclusions.

If you have just paid them, It is better that you ask for a refund. If you have patience, You can wait. Choice is yours.

Where? From how?

Posted by Madbunny, 06-26-2016, 01:06 PM
Paypal or bank chargeback and if you can choose i would go for second solution.

You need to reach out to them one way or another. Mail/social media. Without their cooperation refund is not possible. As you just purchased, You have a better chance of the refund.

Has there been any resolution to this? If not, I hope you've asked for chargeback from your bank.

I pay using bitcoin.....

Unless I'm mistaken, there is no recourse to recover Bitcoin payments. Hopefully, you'll be able to work this out amicably.

I am not his customer but I spoke to him last on 12th June. They were launching a new brand/website it seems. He did not mention anything about closing his business. For some reason I still feel that they might be in business and just busy.

Be careful guys! They are cheaters! I had 2 servers from them and they are both down for 20 days! No response and the cheater in wht changed his name to : nohosting ! I think they change name to cheat more people!

Being busy does not explain why these 2 servers have been down for 20 days.

Wow Tuvix really messed this up. Have they tried to at least make this right somehow if that is even possible?

Posted by Eqservers, 07-11-2016, 12:28 PM
Yes he tried but it was false promises . We kept them online for 3 months .
