Just restarted MySQL.
Here is the output of mysqltuner.pl:
My.CNF
How do I perform MySQLTuners recommendations?
I'm on a VPS. I have 512MB RAM Guaranteed, 1024MB burstable.

Why does everyone restart MySQL before they run the tuner.
Let it run for a few days, run the tuner again then repost it.
Running the tuner 13seconds after startup means you are then optimizing for an empty database, this is most likely not what you want to do.

Just add these parameters to your my.cnf and restart MySQL.
Yes, you should wait for at least one day before using mysqltuner.

You would set the options underneath/below [mysqld]
eg
[mysqld]
query_cache_size=8M
tmp_table_size=32M

It really doesn't make any sense to restart MySQL before running a script like mysqltuner, so you should wait for at least two days, run the script again and then consider its recommendations.
