reseller account which allows mp3 index scripts

| i need a reseller account with good uptime and support; and allows mp3 index scripts. i was working with pixie; but... you know the end of story...
i worked with varhosting a couple of months ago. before open an account, they said "mp3 index scripts allowed on our servers", but they closed my site because of "mp3 indexing, and using too much resources". first of all, i do not host any mp3 files; just the links!.. i thought mp3s sites are legal untill they host mp3 files. am i wrong? and my script only has about 10 sql queries per page; i guess it's not too much?..
then, i worked with site5. but they closed my account too...
my site has 25,000 unique visitors and 300,000 pageviews per day. so, the server must be powerfull enough. and i need 100-200gb bw per month with 1-2gb disk space. the server "must" run apache, beacuse i use apache's rewriteengine on some sites.

| Yes, you will need a dedicated server to do that.
But the ramifications of what you are hosting may get you into more-serious legal trouble, being that you are hosting copyrighted material..
Look for a SHOUTCAST SERVER Host.

No host wants to take a chance with the bandwidth-hogging project you want to pull off..
So, might be time for a summer job, eh?
