LiteSpeed optimization
Posted by world1capital, 12-20-2010, 10:43 PM Does php run slower on LiteSpeed? I am using LiteSpeed on a server that connects to databases on other servers, pulls data and displays it. I connect about 1000 threads/constant connections to this server. For some reason it's running very slow on LiteSpeed compared to Apache? Any ideas? Sorry if I am being vague, not totally sure how to explain this. LiteSpeed is just going awfully slow compared to Apache. I've increased max_connections on LiteSpeed, but that doesn't seem to make it go faster. I was told max_connections is the same for concurrent_connections on LiteSpeed. It feels like it is only doing a few concurrent connections, after a 1-2 minutes of the app running even the smallest/super low load queries take so long...
