| Do you have any level of budget? Any prefered location? You have paypal only, or can use other like credit card, moneybookers....
anyway, check out idologic.com. They offer DA. You can make a search on board about them, and I believe you will be happy

| Try contacting Layered Networks, I've worked with the owner quite a bit in the past and I know he provides a solid Direct Admin hosting service.
