Is there any network problem with DataShack or recently NOCIX?

Hi Everyone.
I have two dedicated servers with NOCIX and one of them is down for more than 10 hours now and no response from support time. No updates about the reason or what is going on.
I wonder if any of you had same experience today

I'm not familiar with NOCIX.
Do they have a phone number or backup support email available? Social media accounts?

I was only down for 4 hours this morning.

One member on that thread reported being down for 10 hours and counting. I didn't see a final resolution on the outage. Is everyone back up now?
