Reseller Plans

Does anyone have any opinions on what makes a good reseller plan? How much does the space / bandwidth matter compared to features? What's a good 'middle spot'?

Everything depends on what sort of needs YOU (or your accounts) require. If you are hosting sites with high graphics (i.e. anime), or music clips, your demands will be alot higher than if you are hosting a general business site, like one for a locksmith, or dentist. MANY webhosts would crash instantly if their clients actually used one half of what their reseller plans offered. If you have no clue of your needs, pick a host that has flexible upgrade options.

I'm not looking for a plan, I'm trying to design a good reseller plan for my hosting plans.

The SIZE of b/w or disk space can be maximized for selling puprposes if your TOS and AUP clearly state that particular thing NOT be permitted, i.e. streaming, mp3, adult content, anime, remote image hosting in excess of xxxx, or whatever resource gobblers you personally do not want. It is safe to sell an unlimited/unlimited account to a person putting up a venison recipe site where the streaming is prohibited, for example. Also it is a good bet to include links free online "graphics optimizer" sites, where YOU emphasize the SPEED IMPROVEMENT (of page load) aspect of graphics optimization for web to THE CLIENT. For jpeg http://www.jpegwizard.com/ For gif http://www.gifworks.com/
