when i brows http://173.193.000.000/~username/ in WNH. It's say ------------------------- 500 Internal Server Error The request was not completed. The server met an unexpected condition. 173.193.000.000/~username/ (port 80) Please forward this error screen to 173.193.000.000's WebMaster. Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at 173.193.000.000 Port 80 How i fix it ?

Make sure permissions are correct and a valid index page is present. If no index pages are present disable directory indexing by adding the following line in .htaccess file Options -Indexes

sounds to me like you have Apache mod_userdir Tweak enabled.
