| Namecheap at the moment, I think $1.99 when you order any other product.
Did use cheapssls's in the past but wasn't happy with their timescales for re-issuing certs.

| My experience with PositiveSSL: they are cheap, competent, and support is responsive. A convenient bonus is, they offer Extended Validation for free.
