Hello I think its about time to make an updated review about devotedhost. Initial review here http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=469551 I moved with them by december 05, and by far I'm still with them (10 months) and I haven't had any problem with them, in fact they're the best I've worked with so far, here's a more detailed review if needed Support Their response are oftent fast and accurate, they're always been nice and available to respond all those questions I get once in a while, they're patient! (very important), its always good to deal with nice and professional people . Uptime I haven't had any kinda of trouble due this,in fact, im amazed by their service, I havent got support tickets from enduser complaining about uptime service, this si something that makes me happy about being with devotedhost, I can take my time now for other things, let say sales or promoting my services. I wont comment too much about pricing but if you check their website, they got some good deals, it all depends on your budget, this one goes good for mine Hope this review helps for potential users

It's nice of you to have taken the time to give us an update. After all, things like uptime can only be assessed in time.

Cant complain with that at all. I hate having to deal with clients after your provider went down. Some dont think its a big deal to them but it is to you because you are the one who has to deal with it and it makes you look very bad. I dont think you could ask for more in a reseller then good uptime, decent support, and having happy customers of your own. If I would have started off with a better reseller I would probably be much more established today. Good Luck

Well thats a good job by Devotedhost.biz and a great example of how things should be done with hospitality!!!

Question(s): does devotedhost.biz have 24hr live support or is it specific hours? if specific hours what are they? Does devotedhost.biz allow resellers to manage the bandwidth limits via WHM on each of the resellers clients? I ask this because it is nice to be assured your never going to end up using too much bandwidth. What is your php hard limit on simultaneous connections ? If these questions are not appropriate here then please ignore. I do not want to step out of line.
