What have you done so far? Ideally, you may wish to hire a professional to check and configure your system. Security is also not a one time thing, but needs a daily check and monitoring.
This is a huge area and topic but to give you a link to some basics:

If you are getting a score above 120 or 130 in csf security check, your server will most likely be a secure one.
In addition to that check and make sure that you have completed additional hardening steps which you can easily get from google.

Check the Firewall & Security settings via WHM, it give you suggestions on hardening.

Dont do too much hardening. Just complete the basic CSF firewall, then slowly you can harden your server. Like the OP, security isnt about doing in a day, just you have to monitor daily or weekly.

You do it manually.
