I just wanted to chime in and let you guys know how well ZoneServ Hosting has been for me. They are very fast in their response time and their uptime has been excellent. Please give Gil a shout if you need any hosting in the near future. http://www.zoneserv.com Thanks Gil, Redneck

If you don't want to share the domain with the public, feel free to send it to the moderating team via http://www.webhostingtalk.com/report.php?p=4249929. A simple confirmation will be posted in this thread.

I also have been hosted with Gil for some time now and love it! I have not seen any problems. I would recommend zoneserv to anyone. Fast response times to questions/problems. Way to go Gil!

They don't have supprot at weekend . Plus, if you want to cancel your account, you have to tell them in 30 days and still have to pay for 30 days even you don't want to use the account anymore . While others company only need 7 days. Their TOS: "Cancellation initiated by subscriber (for all accounts) Subscribers must notify ZoneServ.com in writing (and include their username, password and domain name) using the preferred support method when they wish to cancel their accounts and must include in that query the date they wish to cancel. Cancellation must be initiated at least 30 days before the cancellation date but not more than 60 days before the cancellation date requested (after the first month of service). Subscriber is responsible for and must pay in full all fees during the 30 days including any monthly recurring fees. ZoneServ will not pro-rate any charges."

Hey mate, Just to clarify, we do have support during weekends, your issue could have been delayed because it is not urgent or in a high priority. When you signed up for our service, you agreed to our TOS. What other hosts put in their TOS is their business. Another thing, after you pay next month's invoice, you receive the service until the next due date. We do not just take your money and cancel your account. You must let us know before you cancel, preferably on the due date, we will give you an edge for a week or more for cancellations, but it's been way over the edge. We use this policy to avoid abusers, before we had the section above,in our TOS, we had many issues with cancellations.

Can you give me some suggestions about resellerclub they mention on their website : " A comprehensive basket of TLDs for Customers and Resellers."

Have you tried to lurk around WHT for info on that? Try using the search feature...proves to be more than helpful

Requiring a 30 day cancellation notice would not be something I would be interested in but as mentioned by ZoneServ it is in their TOS. And they do provide a two week (14 days?) money back no questions asked policy. I would be more concerned with the 99.5% uptime, non-enterprise hardware specs and at $6 for 60GB/4GB the potential overselling. But then that's just me and not everyone has my same needs/requirements. So far it seems like positive reviews.

Actually all of the new servers are Dual Opteron Dual core (4 cores) (with at least 2GB RAM).

Gil, Sorry about that I should not have assumed and been more clear that (based on the description on your website) it did not look enterprise. My bad, thank you for the info.

No actually it is my mistake, the site clearly states non-enterprise hardware. The registration is currently closed, so I did not update the resellers page, once we open it again (in a week) I will update the site. My apologies

However, I'm with ZoneServ since 1.2.2007. and I'm still with them. Servers run good, support is also good (very big plus is IM support). Only I had few hours of downtime total (including server migration), and for the price that I'm paying for it's VERY good. My recomendations
