Unable to Connect FTP account!

| Hello,
Last week I have signed up for an hosting account with Hosting **** - www(dot)***********(dot)in . i purchased "GOLD" hosting plan from them. Now the problem is that i unable to connect to ftp. I need to upload my web files to my account. when I try to get into my FTP, i will get error msg stating that login is failed. Can anybody will help me with this?

| Have you contacted the host?
They have access to error logs that might show them what's going wrong, or might be able to steer you away from common issues.

| really looks lame to me. I have seen their ads on google (adwords), but the company doesn't look promising. Anyway, thats off the topic.
If you get 503 error in FTP, it clearly means that you are using wrong username or password. Try to ensure you use correct username. If you still get same error, then contact their support to change your password. If you get "timed out" error then its a problem with their server

| I think your host will be able to better assist you with this issue. Did you contact them?

| Contact the host -- it's why they (hopefully) offer support.
Use proper support channels, meaning the helpdesk, not random emails/etc.

| Hello,
Thanks for your reply.. I contacted their support people and they resolved my FTP issue.. Now its working fine Seems their service is quick and better

| You must contact support at first point as these kind of issues can only be solved by them. If they ask for additional info then you can ask suggestion here on wht.

| Glad to know that issue has been resolved. however, for the kind of login failed issues either it can be a wrong password OR for linux hosting, local system IP address got blocked due to multiple failed login attempts.
