mod_security blocks valid request
Posted by ceylonhost, 12-03-2012, 04:13 AM We recently enabled mod_security on cPanel server. However now it has start blocking some of the the users ( who are not doing any kind of attacks to the server with the message either SQL Injection or Scripts attack) on the Joomla sites. Is there way to avoid this ? Thanks!

Posted by BestServerSupport, 12-03-2012, 09:45 AM If ModSecurity Audit log and ModSecurity Debug log are enabled then checked them and try to find out exact rule which is causing issues then you can simply filter out that rule to avoid this kind of issues in future.
