| I tried Jonesolutions. Very helpful people, but unfortunately
they don´t support agents for windows servers.

| Apart from Jonesulotions, I don't know anyone. Would a dedicated be totally out of question?

| Do you only need the Windows agent licenses or also backup space on a CDP Server?

| I contacted Steadfast, however I don´t like the fact that their R1soft server interface for final users is not whitelabed (they use steadfast domain) you have to install the R1soft agents on your own, and CPanel plugin too.
Jonesolutions guys do all that job for yourself

| What exactly is your need for a white labeled domain? We have generally found that people prefer to indicate they are using our services and facilities so they can benefit from our existing reputation and brand recognition. If there is a need for white labeling we can certainly look into that.
Then correct, we do not login to servers outside of our network/control for various liability reasons (mainly because it cannot be truly confirmed that any action we'd take is actually authorized by the owner of the server), but we can do full installations on servers under our control. In addition, most people do not want to give root access to their system simply to run a set list of commands:
Overall, it is relatively simple and we rarely see errors. Even then, when there are problems we are always able to resolve them promptly, 24/7, even without logging into your server.
