OxyHosts.com - 3 days setup time.. still waiting.

To verify this is a true account I can provide MSN Chat logs alongside Paypal bills. Basically on the 30th / Jan I paid OxyHosts.com for a reseller after seeing and replying to their advert here. Since the 30th, they have not contacted me in regard to my purchase, nor have they been on MSN. Unless they have some sort of pathetic excuse, I don't know why they haven't. I need my reseller badly, I am a recent ResellerZoom leaver and I have had about a week without a reseller and angry clients. Thanks, Alex

Alex, your account was online instantly as soon as you paid up. If you want i can put up your account details as a screenshot right here. Also, if this was the case, why is it that you are posting here and have not opened a support ticket as yet?

My information in the login doesn't work. I have attempted to contact you via MSN for the past 2 days. Why were my account details not sent to my email address? Thanks, Alex

Hey Here's the screenshot of the information sent to your account : http://img260.imageshack.us/img260/3659/alexgq8.gif This shows that the emails with the details were dispatched immediately as soon as the account was setup. The details were sent to ********es@gmail.com Your account login is working perfectly fine and I have checked it just now. Also, I did not receive any of your messages on MSN on my personal id and i see that you have not even added support to your MSN list as yet. I am resending your information right now and I would like to request you to contact us before you open up such threads. Had you contacted us earlier, instead of opening this thread, this would have been sorted out and things would have been in place already.

Hi, I just did a gmail 'broaden search' no results. Maybe there is something wrong with your mail server? Anyway, you have my MSN I believe. Also, your support MSN isn't advertised anywhere, I tried looking for it. Regards, Alex

Alex I trust you have learnt the lesson that you should never shut down a reseller account [however bad], until you have set up a replacement for it, and hopefuly also fully satisfied yourself that the replacement is 'stable & suitable'. Sorry you had such communication problems. and Oxyhost, maybe you should review the handling of e-mails ? maybe just for the initial communication, some form of 'confirmation' ? Anyway glad things seem OK now. The 3 evils in this business: Communication, Lack of Communication and the Assumption of Communication. - CLCAC -

I believe I have learned that lesson. Still no email! Nor attempted to contact me via MSN. Getting quite annoyed. MSN: Alex AT Bainzey DOT com As you know..

Try and PM him through WHT.

How does he expect someone to contact him through MSN when he isn't even online? And how come all 5 members who signed up on the same day as him and after he signed up got the signup emails but he didn't ? Moreover, I can see that he had logged in into his account on 30th. I am sorry but I do not really understand what are you up to? I would be refunding your payments within the next 24 hours. I am sorry it had to end up being this ugly.

Get your money back and get out. Don't try to stick it out with a web host that takes 3 days to setup your hosting account.

Confused... I sorted this out with him on MSN.. now i'm being told im getting a refund? I am using the reseller now. I have received one email from OxyHosts (why would I lie?) and I received it today saying I have an invoice unpaid or something. Ashish, please explain the situation.

Starting to look like your learning more than one lesson here, if you do a whois check & check there forum, you will conclude they are a newish business. You may also note that 'relatively' there costs are lets say towards the value end of the market. This may be a case of you get what you pay for. Now I'm sorry if I sound mean, we all learn these lessons the hard way & they can hurt. Whatever the full picture is, the communication just is not working, so I realy think your best option is to walk away and find an alternative provider better suited to your needs.

Alex, all your invoices are paid and as discussed on MSN, your account is live and working. Also, the post about the refund was made here before we had a discussion on MSN so please mark it as NULL n VOID. Also, YES we are new but we are working to get better. There's a LOT of effort that we put in to become competitive with the other hosts around and one problem with one client does not mean that we do not have the potent to be better than the rest. Hostgator was also new at some point and so were you. Things with Alex are more or less sorted now so I guess its all cleared up.

Ok, well good to see things have cleaned themselves up. Ashish, when you have time could you check my ticket Thanks.

Things are now sorted. It was only a confusion and is now cleared.

hi Ashish, hope you reading this and take note. I too signed up for a small reseller account for my personal site today and after paying by PayPal, I received a few emails which contain welcome & order confirmation & invoice. I did not receive any account setup information like nameserver & login for cpanel/WHM. As I knew that account creation is automated after PP payment, I login through Oxyhosts.com and access WHM directly. Guess what? I found the New Account Information & Invoice Payment Confirmation emails in the new server's mail account. Weird huh, the domain old nameservers have not even change over to the new ones.
