Budgetreseller Deletes support tickets without replying

I've been a customer of Budgetreseller for slightly more than a year. And lately, I've been having problems with Wordpress installations via Fantastico on my hostees sites. I've sent in support tickets altogether 3 times now and each time they simply delete my support ticket and don't reply. Mind you, they're not even closing it. They just delete it and not reply. This would never have happened when Greg was running it and I honestly don't know what kind of management Budgetreseller is on now but they're sure not caring about customer satisfaction at all.

I am abit confused with your question. As being a customer of that host for more than a year, have you been satisfied with their services until this recent issue with them? If that is so, I would suggest to give them a chance to clarify. That sounds like a problem with ticket system. If you are sure that is not a problem with ticket system, please address your issue here, we might be able to look at that. As far as I know, it is not part of obligations for host to provide installation services unless they don't mind. Hosting business is quite competitive and everyone is trying harder enough to survive in this business. I am sure everyone deserves a 2nd chance to clarify this misunderstanding. Add oil.

yes i have been satisfied with their service until this issue came up. I was not asking them to install Wordpress for me. The issue is that Wordpress is already installed and has been running fine until it suddenly starts hanging up with a blank front page. I'm trying to get to the bottom of why this is happening and opened up tickets. But it keeps getting deleted. I'm more than happy to give someone a chance but will my hostees give ME one?

Here's an excerpt of my ticket and it's recent response: This ticket was deleted: <-- budget reseller reply Hi, I've been having problems with all my wordpress installations among my hostees (via Fantastico). Some of them have had to reinstall their wordpress copies via Fantastico. One of them, http://www.blacklovet.com reinstalled her Wordpress and it worked fine but when she imported her old content back up via phpmyadmin, it showed a blank page again. Ok.... I finally got a response. Everything's good and I'm a happy customer again. Thanks. Reply is below Mas, I will try to assist you. Please add: Action application/x-httpd-php5 /cgi-sys/php5 AddType application/x-httpd-php5 .php To the .htaccess of each account. Try this, if it does not work, please reply to this ticket. Yeah it sure isn't the same since Greg left. I'm constantly having problems with things not working.

GreenMagic, The error with the ticket system is still unexplainable we had three tickets from the early morning dissapear 2 of them belonging to you GreenMagic. Since the tickets dissapeared our tech staff had no way to follow up on it. And since it was 5:30 in the morning I didn't catch the error until i checked my email in the morning and found the email copy of the tickets with no replys. This was a isolated occurrence and hasn't happened since.
