weird csf / modsec block?

Client was blocked and mod sec shows below in logs: CSF shows What exactly was the trigger is what I'm trying to figure out?

You had 1 mod_sec hit so LFD blocked it in the firewall. If you want it higher change the value in the config file.

This ^^ Alternatively, you could just remove mod_security blocking altogether since it can end up causing more problems than it's worth, really.
