Need reseller hosting with unbranded PHONE end-user support

Hello, I've been reading a lot of posts recently here and they are very helpful thanks everyone! What I'm looking for however, doesn't seem to exist... I know when it comes to EUS - InnoHosting and ResellerZoom come highly recommended... however, from what I've gathered, the PHONE support is only for account holders, not for End-Users... end-users only get email/ticket support... So with that said, I'm looking for a host that provides End-User support, unbranded (can be generic, for ex. "hosting support") - but in addition to email/tickets, over the phone as well... I know this will most likely cost more, but I'm willing to pay... Price is not specifically an object here - I want top quality service, servers, and support. Thanks! ipozin

What I'm looking for however, doesn't seem to exist... That is absolutely truth.. Work personally with resellers you have named and you will see if that is possible. That should be discussing private with the hosts.

Eirca and cartikahosting offer phone based end user support: http://www.eirca.net/r_phone/ http://www.cartikahosting.com/clustered-hsphere-hosting/Hsphere-Ultimate-Reseller-Hosting/White-Label-Phone-and-eMail-Support/ There may be others that do it, but I'm not aware of them. Keep in mind these two use H-sphere as a control panel, unlike innohosting and resellerzoom, who use cPanel.

You may need to contact the host that you are thinking of going with or discuss this with various hosts directly to see if they have this service or if they can make it available for you at an additional cost. Let us know how you go with this.

It'll be pretty hard for you to find a host that offers end-user phone support. You might want to search around the forums at www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php All the best,

If you have no plan to offer any support to your clients, it's possible that one day your clients are unhappy with the service and leave. You have no idea about the issue and keep seeing your clients leaving.

EUS phone support is rare as phone prices are expensive
