easycpanelhost review (1day) Hi all, This is my 1st post on this woderful site. Before signing up for a reseller account i was researching for more then a week, and a couple of days before i stumbled upon this site. Kudos to WHT and a good friend of mine i settled for easycpanelhost.com as my budget was tight i was just starting reselling. The Company's stite is not that much to speak of. Can be misleading or maybe it is misleading. Only time can tell as i'll be updating on this post. And a summary post of this long post. One of the best thing from them is that their services are relatively cheap. I went for the "reseller1" package which offerd 30GB Disk Space, 200GB bandwidth, 2 dedicated IP's with free Private NS's for US$10.99/Mo. I paid them with PayPal for added security and my account was setup instantly. Its true instant. As zn as i made the payment i was able 2 access my WHM. Since i was new to reselling (I've hosted webs with cPanel before), i opened a ticket asking about the dedicated IP's and changing my WHM password. They responded within a few hours and a small conversation went within about 15-30 mins time. From the last reply from them it has elapsed almost 24Hrs and i still didn't get respond. This is very dissapointing as support most very prompt and supportive to it's clients. Even a simplerequest to change the password was ignored though they told me it'll be changed in 5mis time. I started hosting webs with webhostingpad.com where thay have an excellent support staff. They respond to my tickets within 15-30mins avg and when compared to that it's really dissapointing. This is the only Major problem i faced with this host in my short lived (

Summary Pros: * Cheap. * Free Private/Custom Name Servers. * 2 Dedicated IP's Free. * Good Space/Bandwidth for the amount. * True Instant Setup (If paid via PayPal). * PayPal Support. * Unlimited cPanel Accounts. (What their Sales team say) * Overselling Supported. (What their Sales team say) * Has an Online Chat System. Cons: * Support team doesn't respond very well. Takes long time respond. * Chat Reps are not that informative. Very short resposes. ("Yes you can", "yes Of course" etc.) * Dedicated IP's are not truly dedicated. Its being shared. * Suppot Page/Ticket should've been made better. * No detailed server load info available from WHM. These are the one's i can remeber for now. Hope this was infrmative.

Hi all, Thanks for yor responses. Actually i didn't want to say my host is bad, actually as a 1st time reseller i'm more than happy with all their services except in support (for the time being, and i hope this would improve). All the other negative's are not really much of a concern to me but i mentioned about it as to complete my review. On 1 last note i'd like them to be a quite attentive to me till settle down. I ususally submit several tickets in the initial months in hosting. But once i get settled, this fades and i only ask support when i really need them. Thanks for your support everyone.

Here's my experience with this web host... I asked a ton of pre-sales questions. One of the things I really liked was the 24/7 live chat support. I signed up and paid my money. Two days later I still could not login to my cpanel. I contacted sales (via the chat link on their home page) to find out what was taking so long to setup my account. Sales: You need to submit a support ticket. OK. But when I tried to do that the page wouldn't load. I contacted sales again... Me: I can't submit a ticket. The page where I'm supposed to do that won't load. Sales: OK. We'll forward your request and someone will contact you tomorrow. No one did. That night, I contacted sales again... Me: I still can't log in to my cpanel. Sales: You need to submit a ticket Me: I can't. That page won't load Sales: OK, we'll have someone contact you. Again, I waited. Again no one contacted me. I contacted sales again and raised holy hell. Someone from support came on and looked into things. Oops, big problem- my account never got created. Oops, looks like they're having DNS problems, too- that's why I couldn't submit a ticket. A web host that can't even get their DNS right?!?! He created my account and I logged in. Great. Finally. Later that night (when I finally had time to get some web work done), I tried to login again. My password wouldn't work. (I was DEFINITELY entering the right password- no caps lock, etc.) I contacted sales AGAIN... Me: First of all, why can't I contact support via live chat? Why do I always have to contact Sales or Billing? Sales: Support has to be done through help tickets. Me: I was told it was available 24/7 via chat. Sales: OK. We'll fix that Me: Whatever. I can't login to my cpanel. One of your techs set up my password earlier today and it was working fine, but now it won't work again. Sales: You need to submit a help ticket. Me: I CAN'T SUBMIT A HELP TICKET - THAT PAGE *STILL* WON'T LOAD BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE *STILL* HAVING DNS PROBLEMS ON ***YOUR*** END! Sales: OK. We'll have someone contact you. Me: NO!!! I WANT TO CHAT WITH SOMEONE IN SALES NOW! Sales: Support isn't available right now. Me: WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY'RE NOT AVAILABLE?! THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE 24/7!!! Sales: They're offline right now. The next morning I contacted them again... Me: I need to chat with someone in support. Sales: Support stepped out. Me: OK. THAT'S IT. I'M SICK OF THIS. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN TO MY CPANEL!!! Support: You need to submit a ticket Me: NO, I'M NOT SUBMITTING A TICKET. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AND I WANT A REFUND NOW! Sales: You need to submit a ticket for a refund. Me: I CAN'T SUBMIT A TICKET - THE PAGE WON'T LOAD BECAUSE OF DNS PROBLEMS ON YOUR END!!! That was 2 or 3 days ago. Still no refund. If all the best and brightest minds got together to design the greatest vacuum cleaner the world has ever seen, THESE GUYS WOULD STILL SUCK MORE.

Well my friend i don't know about you, but all pages load fine with me. No issues so far and had none before. I've been submitting tickets all day long for the last 2 days. I sure think its one of your problems. May your pc might be infected with something or your ISP must be having some issues. Cos i visit their site atlest every 2hrs a day, log into my cpanel and whm, and submit tickets all the while. You should go to net cafe or some friend who uses has an internet connection from a different ISP. And one last thing i myt be noob on resellers but i'd checkup on those little little things before scolding someone. And anger doesn't get you anywhere. Use your brains and do things wisely. Only Geoerge K. has access to the refunds, but your refund was given back to you. Also accounts are all setup AUTO which means as soon as you pay your account is made and login details are mailed to you INSTANTLY so I do not understand how you could not log in? Was that your first time using a FTP Program? __________________Easy cPanel Host Inc Affordable Web Hosting Services Reseller
