Hello, we have by default enabled curl in our hosting. but, one of the customer is asking the following "do you support curl post to any port. http://example.com:7010/tets/". What should i tell him? how can i check this

It sounds like your customer is just asking if there would be anything blocking outgoing connections to a specific port. Many hosts restrict which incoming/outgoing ports are open for security reasons. If you use CSF you can check the /etc/csf/csf.conf for the TCP_IN, TCP_OUT, UDP_IN, UDP_OUT variables and see what's listed which will tell you the ports that are allowed to be used. If you use a different firewall, you will have to determine how to check the incoming / outgoing ports on your own or manually check the iptables rules output. I would suggest you tell your customer that you can open any port that they have a legitimate need to be open, and just add the port to your firewall.

Ask them legitimate reason first and then open the firewall port for them . Good Luck !

btw, for example if a visitor to the site take a live chat and asks for the list of ports that we have currently open, is it ok to provide him the csf.cof port list below?

No . It means you are going to expose all security holes of your server to the visitor or might be exploiter .Never do these type of mistakes. Good Luck Mate!

btw, last one more question. is it posible to enable ports account wise? we are using csf firewall.

Your query mate seems wrong . How you can enable ports over cpanel account ? Port is open for the visitors of the websites hosted in server not for cpanel account . Rethink your question and post again
