however for $15 - $20 you,ll get a half decent reseller account with a hand full of things.

| There is no section on WHT which let hosts giving you offers, you can check the offer section where hosts offer their service so you may find a solution there.
While most hosts will offer great uptimes a 100% uptime guarantee with a decent SLA is rarely seen, at least for the budget your are quoting.
If you have other requirements it would be good for you to write those down as well, i.e. if you need windows or linux hosting, or any other particulars you need. It is allowed for forum members to give you a recommendation of a host as long they are using their services (or verifiable used them in the past).

and my main reason is to get good uptime that i have software which use server MySQL database, and also need stable database connection time.

| I'm not sure that there are any hosting providers that offer a 100% uptime guarantee. They may offer a 100% network uptime guarantee, but this does not mean that they guarantee your website will be up 100% of the time.
What sort of requirements do you have for this hosting plan? Looking for any specific features? Perhaps we can recommend a few reliable hosting providers to you

| Finding the names of some of the currently popular reseller hosting providers should not take you more than 15 minutes. All you have to do is read 10-20 threads in this very section where you started this thread and jot down the providers that get recommendations.
