Jetnethost - Missing in Action

Hey There, I renewed my account which included the domain that the reseller account is on last week as it was about to expire. I paid and received an invoice from them confirming payment before the due and expiry dates but the domain has been left to expire. The sites I'm running are still active but I cant get to WHM because the domain has expired. I've submitted a 2 tickets now because they still have not acknowledged the HIGH tickets submitted. Does anyone know whats going on with them?

Here's a phone number from their whois: +1.8884536836. Don't know how helpful it may be.

Did you submit the ticket to sales/billing or support. Some companies billing may be open only during weekdays. Good luck.

If the account itself is not suspended but just domain problems you could try going to another one of your domains domain.com/whm or even the server-ip/whm . That should at least get you WHM access until they are aroudn.

Sorry to hear about your poor experience with JetNetHost. I'd recommend that you transfer your domain elsewhere as soon as you do get in touch with them

Before passing judgement, we should at least give them a chance to explain their lack of a timely response to the issue.

Hello,

Not that I don't believe the OP, but there are two sides to every story. If the host let it expire and there is no valid reason, then yes, there is no excuse for the host to do so. And I agree, you should always keep your domains and hosting separate.

Seems that JetNetHost is still not come around to explain. It might really be time to find a new host.

This is true, but since JetNetHost changed ownership a few years ago, I've seen several negative reviews about them with similar stories (mainly very unrealiable support). While there may be a different side to the story, failing to renew a customers domain (especially when they paid for it) is simply unacceptable

I didn't realize they already had a reputation of poor support. I can understand the instant negativity then. It's just too common to see a company being jumped all over before both sides have been heard.

OP - Has there been any updates to your issue?

I would be a little bit worried at this stage if there is nothing moving forward here Let's just hope things turn up. On the height of things if things get working again I suggest you make the move out of there. You can't afford nor should have to deal with a company that cannot keep your paid assets online such as a domain.
