Only way is to find out my signing up I think. They had no Google Pagerank when the page came up for me. And look through google http://www.google.com/search?q=webho...ient=firefox-a what other people are saying about them. If you signup with someone early on starting your company and in the first few days it sucks cancel and go elsewhere.

That is an option, but this company does not allow you to sign up on monthly contract they make you pay in advance. You should take a look at the reseller advertising section on the forums, there are allot of great deals going on at the moment. Web Hosting Talk : Advertising Forums : Web Hosting Offers : Reseller Hosting Offers

Your budget is quite low for quality host. It's recommended to pay monthly so you can move easily if there's issue.

You should check resellerzoom.com budget plan it will come under your budget and they are providing 20GB space too .. however you should read AUP first as there are lot of resource restrictions

I assume that you need to pay more your attention to the advertising forum. I visited and I assume they are popular and only trusted offers is placed here.

I signed up with them about 3 weeks ago and find that the servers are down almost daily. It's my first reseller account and luckily I hadn't planned to go live until the end of August, I'm about to ask for my money back under the 30 day guarantee promise. Its been a frustrating time for me.

always make sure your new host has a page rank, a registered address, a company number & phone numbers Try the support out too And at those costs i dont think they are going to be in business long, 50GB space for 70p a month????????? this is obviously an inexperienced host

I would recommend doing more research on the provider, speak to sales or support, check out reviews, and be able to start out wiht paying monthly to check out the company before paying to far ahead best of luck

One month does not a review make

Posted by ldcdc, 08-10-2009, 06:45 PM
As long as the period of observation is clearly stated, one can read the review for what it is. Some things can't really be estimated in only a month. Others can. One first month of good service is definitely better than one first month of bad service, and a review of one, is as legitimate as the review of the other. Hard to tell from a hit-and-run unverified review from a one-post wonder Last edited by Collabora; 08-10-2009 at 07:01 PM.

You should only pay for services in advance (i.e. annual) if you're absolutely sure that the company will give you the service and quality you need. A company that asks you to pay in advance and that you're not sure about would not make for a wise decision. Find a company (check the offers section) and pay for the first month, if you like their services, then pay for a year, if that's how you prefer to pay. Also make sure whatever company you go with has some sort of money-back guarantee, so you can try their services.

I'm using this host for 2 months and have only bad things to say... if your account is over 10 gb you start losing files... And its not mather what is extension, if file is larger than 50mb they just delete it. dont even notify you. worst spent 12$ ever... And everything happens after first month. in two months 4 time happend that everything stops funcioning, and then they reset something and ok for some time.. Worst Host Ever..

What you expect from a host providing unlimited space and bandwidth for just 1$ per month

Hi all, Just happen to come across this thread. I have signed up with WHW since 6 months back and have been using their service, even though I live in the other side of the world where they are based, their live chat is always available, I talk to them at hours like 2am or 4am (their time of course) and the response is immediate. No server downtime at all, I have several clients hosted with them. Recently one of my local ISP started having problem accessing the sites hosted on my acct, I even requested them to move my account to another server, and they did it, even though that had no effect. It wasnt their server's problem. I contacted my local ISP and got it fixed. I just want to give my own review based on half a year of using their service. Thanks for reading

What is use of 24h support when they can't help you because of their bad service... I remember answer i got when they deleted my backup database in password protected zip file: Our admin can review and delete all data that he suspects is illegal... So none of your files are safe. No downtime is a total lie. Sorry dude, but I don't beleve a word you sead, and i suspect that you work for them (or in some kind are connected to them). Read people, its your money wasted... And since its only 12$ you can have several blogs (keep low traffic or it will stop funcioning), but something serious is impossible...

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience with webhostingworld. I guess it just goes to show that no one company is best for everyone
