There's loads of ssl providers who speak English, I've never used them but there's dealssl and runssl both have an account here. There's also namecheap and gogetssl. Good luck.
If you mean a ssl certificate company who have good English try comodo, rapidssl, geotrust. Or Polish company but they have good English try Certum.

Hi,
thanks but both of sites you mentioned are offering us SSLs! i need SSL for companies in Cuba, Iraq and ... while GeoTrust and comodo and all US companies does not offer SSL for citizens of these countries, i need a company like TurkTrust.com that offer SSL for those countries, as i investigate SSL vendor should be out Of US ,(like TurkTrust.com) that can do this.
do ant one knows such kind of SSL vendor?

I'd have a word with Certum if I was you, they are based in Poland and therefore non US or UK, they are good but if you mean vendor as in seller of SSLs most would accept a country outside. I did look at TurkTrust but they are all Turkish and I can't understand it even with translators due to the menus in Turkish.

Take a look at ca certs that are included with Mozilla:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/g...erts/included/
Then pick out those that are non-US and that offer certs to the public.
E.g.
https://sklep.unizeto.pl/en/produkty...ertificates,5/
https://www.swisssign.com/en
http://support.partnergate.sonera.com/sslorder_en.html
ETC.

I'm not sure if GlobalSign is considered to be a US/UK/Israel company. You might give them a try.
