What is the catch with heart internet?

| What is the catch with heart internet's £30 reseller package? I don't have nough posts to link... they seem to be providing unlimited everything but there has be a catch, there always is. Where is it?
Also, does anyone have any experience with heart? Good / Bad / Things I should be aware of?
Anything here would be greatly appreciated.

| Never used them.....seen a few lacklustre reviews over the years though.
One thing I have noticed is that some of the sites they host seem to be painfully slow for me. Here's an example!

| There are plenty of providers offering unlimited for around that price. I don't have experience with Heart Internet, but the catch on all unlimited plans is that if you actually use a lot of space or cpu power, they'll cut you off. For a small web site, you should be fine, just don't think you're going to store your HD movie collection on there.

| Wow, that is slow. If you want unlimited I'd recommend HostGator or Arvixe.

| It's hosted in the UK so it should be flying for me in Spain.....but it's grim.
